She lives in a new imaginary city of
Atlantis colonized by plant forms. She lives in symbiosis with
the shapes, colors and traditions of the city which arise in the
clothes she wears. She is the Silvio Betterelli woman imagined
for the Spring Summer 2013 Metrorural collection.
The show begins, a loud music in time
with the on and off LED lights seems a crescendo, a red, green
and blue pulse that goes faster and faster. The first model stays at the beginning of the catwalk, as for a laser scanning. The make up takes on a different light and the colorful prints seem to come out from the clothes. Suddenly a strong white light is on, and while the eyes are getting used to it, the model parades on the catwalk.
Abita in una nuova Atlantide colonizzata da forme vegetali, vive in simbiosi con essa assumendone colori e tradizioni che si ripropongono negli abiti che indossa, questa è la donna immaginata da Silvio Betterelli per la collezione Primavera Estate 2013 chiamata "Metrorural".
Lo show ha inizio, una musica forte va a tempo con le luci led a intermittenza, un crescendo, un battito, una pulsazione sempre più veloce che si colora di rosso, verde, blu. La prima modella rimane immobile ad inizio passerella, come se stesse subendo una scansione laser. Il trucco assume una luce diversa e le stampe sembrano uscire dagli abiti. Di colpo si accende la luce bianca fortissima, gli occhi si devono abituare e la modella calca la passerella.
Plant matter, fossils and marine bodies
are decomposed and recomposed in an harmonic layering of lines and
graphics that resemble ritual masks. The curvy silhouettes of
the silk crepe dresses are tight at the waist by a mini belt with
silver buckle, a small linear element contrasting with the drapes
and the gathers of the necklines and sleeves.
The three colored RedGreenBlue prints
are reproposed on all the sheath dresses, but also on blouses,
skirts, jackets and tops, also featured by special nodes and
asymmetric cuts. The total print items are matched with solid natural
shade pieces such as jackets and pants, creating a sharp contrast. A
small but beautiful contemporary collection that winks to the foreign
buyers with a huge number of prints and cocktail dresses, which show
the research work related to the construction of the volumes and the
choice of colors. Also the show was very interesting, definitely
a different non-trivial parade-performance with graphics led, music
and lighting effects created especially for the occasion by Annaviola
Faresin and Otolab, directed by Virginia Devoto.
Elementi vegetali, fossili e corpi
marini si scompongono e ricompongono in una stratificazione armonica
di linee e grafiche di maschere rituali. La silhouette sinuosa
degli abiti in crepe di seta è ripresa in vita da una mini cintura
con fibbia a clip argentata, un piccolo elemento lineare, in
contrasto con i drappeggi e le arricciature di scolli e
maniche. Le stampe nelle tre cromie RedGreenBlue sono declinate su
tutti gli abiti, ma anche su bluse, gonne, casacche e top asimmetrici
costruiti con particolari nodi e tagli che lasciano scoperta la
pelle. Ai capi total print si abbinano pezzi monocolore nelle nuance
naturali, giacche e pantaloni con cui creare netti contrasti.
Una piccola, ma bella collezione
dalle linee contemporanee, che strizza l'occhio al compratore
straniero con una massiccia presenza di stampe e abiti da cocktail,
che dimostrano a pieno il lavoro di ricerca legato alla costruzione
dei volumi e alla scelta dei colori. Molto interessante anche lo
spettacolo, una sfilata-performance diversa e non banale con grafiche
led, musiche ed effetti luce creati ad hoc per l'occasione da
Annaviola Faresin e Otolab, con la regia di Virginia Devoto.
After the show, the dressers run all over the backstage to display the collection on the stender dividing it by color and prints, while the designer Silvio Betterelli, wearing a green sea suit, enjoys the end of the parade welcoming the guests and releasing interviews.
A sfilata conclusa le vestiariste corrono da una parte all'altra del back stage per sistemare la collezione sugli stender dividendola in base a colore e stampe, mentre Silvio Betterelli in un completo verde marino si gode la fine della sfilata accogliendo i complimenti degli ospiti e rilasciando interviste.
